With the support of HyVee at Noland and 40 Hwy, Hope Network was able to purchase a new commercial freezer so that we can continue supplying our pantry clients with meat and other frozen products that would not otherwise be available.

Hope Network’s school supply drive is up and running. You can help elementary students in the Raytown area be “supplied for success” by donating school supplies. Drop boxes will be located at the ROC entrance of First Baptist Raytown and Starbucks at Summit Wood Shopping Center off of Chipman in Lee’s Summit.

Hope Network’s Angel Tree program was able to provide 308 children with Christmas gifts this year. Many thanks to Toys for Tots, the individual and corporate sponsors, all volunteers, Scooter the Clown, Macy’s, Kohl’s, the Williamsons, First Baptist Raytown youth choir and children’s choir, and First Baptist Church for the use of their facilities. Along with the gifts, over 400 meals were served during the parties.
Hope Network served over 600 Thanksgiving meals. Thank you to all those that volunteered their time, energy and kindness. |
